Ashley Rader is an internet entrepreneur and the CEO of ARK Ventures, Inc., an ecommerce, online marketing and consulting business.  Founded in 2005 with the creation of MomentsofElegance.com, ARK Ventures has grown from a simple $500 start up budget to be a million dollar business and now boasts a network of 8 niche websites.
